Our drop-in classes are designed for beginners who want to hones their skills in one of the many martial art we teach. No long-term commitment is required and we will provide equipment for your trial classes, so you can simply show up and train.

Cardio Kickboxing

This is our highest-energy fitness class, focused on breaking a sweat and relieving stress without the pressure of a traditional martial arts curriculum. It’s a non-contact, bag-hitting workout that focuses on speed, endurance, and fun.

  • Total Body Burn: A high-intensity workout that targets your core, legs, and arms.

  • Stress Relief: Power through your day by hitting the heavy bags to a motivating beat.

  • Beginner-Friendly: No experience or equipment is needed to have a trial, just bring your energy!

Muay Thai & Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai drop-ins teaches you how to use your entire body as a weapon. We focus on the technical mechanics of striking while building incredible functional strength.

  • Striking Mastery: Learn to use punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with precision.

  • Functional Conditioning: Build explosive power and  amazing stamina.

  • Safe Environment: Technical drills are performed with pads and bags in a controlled, beginner-focused setting.

Beginner Boxing

This class focuses on the pure fundamentals. It is the perfect blend of technical skill and high-intensity cardiovascular training.

  • Footwork & Agility: Learn the movement and head-movement that makes boxers untouchable.

  • Punching Mechanics: Master the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut for maximum efficiency.

  • Heavy Bag Drills: Build explosive power and hand-eye coordination through structured rounds.

Beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our BJJ drop-in focuses on the fundamentals of ground-based self-defense, showing you how to use leverage and technique to overcome a larger opponent.

  • Grappling Fundamentals: Learn the basics of positions, transitions, and safe escapes.

  • Mental Challenge: Develop problem-solving skills under physical pressure.
